This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from the Swadharma devotional store, as well as prasad dispatched after puja and chadhava services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
