This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from the Swadharma devotional store, as well as prasad dispatched after puja and chadhava services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (MondayβSaturday), excluding public holidays.
- Prasad from pujas and chadhava is dispatched after the ritual is completed, which may take additional time depending on the puja date.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: approximately 3β6 business days from dispatch.
- Other locations within India: approximately 5β10 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Process & Charges
- We ship through reputed third-party courier and logistics partners.
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, value and delivery location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Swadharma is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team in advance.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
6. Return Process
- Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, email support@swadharma.tech with your order ID and reason for return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund is processed via Razorpay within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
- Certain items β such as energised/personalised products, consumables, and puja samagri β may be non-returnable for hygiene and religious reasons. Such items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
7. Failed or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
